Refund & Return Policy
Return Policy
We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns within 30 days from the customers’ date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@progolftech.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include the order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or photos.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
2.2. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 15 days.
2.3. If a refund is processed, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund which represents 15% of the original cost.
3. Exchanges
3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at support@progolftech.com for further instructions.
4. Shipping
4.1. To return the product, follow the steps provided beforehand by our customer service team.
4.2. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
